About the Role
As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will assist with a broad range of property matters, including:
- Handling residential sales, purchases, and remortgages.
- Assisting with shared ownership transactions and lease extensions.
- Preparing and reviewing contracts, deeds, and other legal documentation.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Supporting fee earners with the progression of files from instruction to completion.
