The Role
Working closely with solicitors and legal executives, you will become an integral member of the Personal Injury team, assisting with a varied caseload of claimant matters, including:
- Employer’s Liability claims
- Public Liability claims
- Road Traffic Accident claims
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of personal injury files
- Undertaking legal research and preparing case documentation
- Drafting legal documents, including witness statements, schedules of loss and disclosure lists
- Preparing files for meetings with clients, counsel and medical experts
- Attending client meetings where appropriate and preparing attendance notes
- Liaising with clients, medical professionals, insurers and other third parties
- Ensuring files are managed accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements
This role offers excellent exposure to high-quality claimant work and provides the opportunity to gain invaluable practical experience while working alongside lawyers who are recognised specialists in their field.
About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, empathetic and client-focused approach, particularly when supporting individuals who may have sustained serious or life-changing injuries
- The ability to work independently whilst contributing positively within a collaborative team
Previous legal experience is essential, ideally within personal injury or litigation, although applications from law graduates with relevant legal experience will also be considered.

- Full-time, permanent position
