Are you a skilled Residential Property Paralegal seeking a new opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a busy and well-established high street law firm in Yeovil, renowned for providing exceptional legal services to their clients.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will join a dynamic and supportive Residential Property team, assisting with a varied caseload of property transactions. You will play a crucial role in supporting fee earners, ensuring the smooth progression of residential property matters from instruction to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and reviewing contracts, title documents, and other legal documentation.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient communication.
- Assisting with searches, drafting correspondence, and managing post-completion requirements.
- Handling Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions.
- Maintaining accurate records and keeping clients updated throughout the process.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Residential Property Paralegal, with a proven ability to handle transactional work.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Familiarity with case management systems and a good understanding of conveyancing processes.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
