This Graduate Legal Trainee Programme is designed to offer structured, high-quality Qualifying Work Experience (QWE) over a two-year period, followed by comprehensive support to prepare for and complete the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).

The Programme

Over two years, you will:

• Gain hands-on experience exclusively in road traffic law, working on matters such as drink driving offences, speeding, totting-up disqualifications, and licence revocation appeals.

• Assist experienced solicitors with case preparation, legal research, drafting, advocacy preparation, and client consultations.

• Develop confidence in managing client relationships within a specialist, client-focused practice.

• Receive ongoing mentorship, structured supervision, and regular performance feedback.

• Upon successful completion of your two-year QWE, receive support and funding for SQE preparation courses and examination fees to enable you to qualify as a solicitor.

This programme offers a clear and supported pathway from graduate entry to solicitor qualification within a highly specialised area of law.
