Our client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm with a strong presence across Devon and Somerset. Known for their collaborative culture and high-quality client service, they are now looking to expand their Corporate team with the addition of a motivated Law Graduate or Paralegal.
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Law Graduate or an experienced Paralegal looking to develop a career in Corporate Law. You will work closely with experienced fee earners, supporting on a broad range of corporate matters while gaining valuable hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructures, and company formations
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
- Conducting legal research
- Supporting due diligence processes
- Managing files and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with clients, colleagues, and third parties in a professional manner
- Providing general administrative support to the Corporate team
About You:
- Law degree or relevant legal experience
- Previous paralegal experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong interest in Corporate Law
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development
Location:
The role is ideally based in Yeovil; however, our client is open to candidates who would prefer to be based in other office locations across Devon and Somerset.
