A well-established law firm in South Devon is seeking a Paralegal to join its Dispute Resolution team based in Kingsbridge. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a broad and interesting range of contentious matters within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The successful candidate will assist with a varied caseload including commercial litigation, property disputes, contentious trusts and probate matters, and construction-related disputes. Working closely with experienced fee earners, the role offers hands-on involvement and the chance to develop practical legal skills.

The Role:
- Supporting fee earners on a wide range of dispute resolution matters
- Conducting legal research and preparing case documentation
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Liaising professionally with clients, counsel, and other parties
- Assisting with file management and ensuring compliance with procedures
- Supporting the team in meeting deadlines and client expectations
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working as a Paralegal, ideally within dispute resolution
- Strong academic background in law
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- Experience using case management systems and Microsoft Office
