A leading law firm in Taunton is seeking a motivated Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy Property team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Law Graduate or someone with a keen interest in residential property law to gain valuable experience and develop their career within a supportive environment.
The Role:
The Residential Conveyancing Paralegal will assist in handling a range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold transactions, and related property matters. The role will provide the opportunity to work closely with experienced solicitors and gain exposure to all stages of the conveyancing process.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with managing and progressing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters.

Assisting with the preparation and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and leases.

Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in property transactions.

Conducting searches and dealing with Land Registry applications and requisitions.

Providing updates to clients and maintaining accurate case records.
Skills & Experience:

Law degree with an interest in property law.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to career development.
