An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal to join a growing and well-established legal practice.
You will become part of a supportive and experienced commercial team, handling a varied caseload that includes:
- Corporate sales and acquisitions
- Shareholder and investor agreements
- Commercial contracts
This role offers genuine variety, working with a broad client base ranging from owner-managed businesses and start-ups to national organisations and long-established companies. The successful candidate will be confident in delivering clear, commercially focused advice and building strong, long-term client relationships.
You will join a collaborative team environment with guidance and support from senior lawyers, offering excellent scope for development.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have around 2 years’ PQE, including at least 1 year of experience in commercial and/or corporate matters. Applications are also welcomed from candidates with substantial paralegal experience in this area.
You should be comfortable managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision, while also contributing effectively within a team setting. A proactive approach to networking and business development is desirable, along with an interest in promoting services both internally and externally.
Key attributes include professionalism, organisation, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to develop your skills and knowledge.
Experience or interest in marketing and practice development would be advantageous.
