A well-established and busy law firm in Taunton is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Conveyancer to join its friendly and supportive team. The Role:
The successful candidate will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
Matters will include:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership and Help to Buy matters (where applicable)
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
You will be expected to handle files independently while providing a high standard of client care and contributing to the continued success of the department.
The Candidate:
The firm is keen to hear from candidates who are:
- Qualified Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners
- Confident in running their own caseload with minimal supervision
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Client-focused with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy environment
