The role will predominantly involve Private Client work, including advising clients on wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, and estate planning. There will also be the opportunity to become involved in some Contentious Probate matters, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied caseload or is keen to develop their experience in this area.
The Role:
- Managing a broad range of Private Client matters.
- Advising clients on wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, and estate planning.
- Handling estate administration from start to finish.
- Assisting with and managing some Contentious Probate matters.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Working closely with a supportive and experienced team.
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client law.
- Experience in Contentious Probate would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- A compassionate and approachable manner.
- Able to work independently while enjoying being part of a collaborative team.
- Keen to contribute to the continued success of a respected local firm.
