Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive – Registered Providers

The Role:

Our client is seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their busy Social Housing Property team. The role will involve handling a broad range of matters, including the sales and acquisitions of individual properties, assisting with development site acquisitions, site set-up for sales, conditional contracts and options, deeds of variation, commercial leases, and other land transactions for commercial clients.

Skills and Experience Required:

The successful candidate will be an experienced Property Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE and will be capable of managing their own caseload with little to no supervision.

The ideal applicant will have experience in general commercial property work, including development matters, land assembly, infrastructure and planning agreements. Experience in dealing with commercial leases would be advantageous.

They will be an effective communicator, willing to support and mentor less experienced team members. While comfortable working collaboratively, they must also be able to work independently, ensuring that clients’ needs remain the primary focus at all times.
