Our client is a well-established and reputable law firm is seeking experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a busy Dispute Resolution department, managing a varied caseload across a broad range of contentious matters.
The firm is particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Employment disputes
- Inheritance Act claims and Contentious Probate
- Contract disputes
- Civil procedure matters
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Debt recovery
- Construction disputes
- Housing, landlord and tenant matters
- Boundary disputes
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of dispute resolution matters
- Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients
- Ensuring work is completed accurately and in line with the firm’s compliance and risk management procedures
- Keeping up to date with legal developments and changes in relevant areas of law
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contacts, and referrers
- Contributing to the ongoing success and development of the department
