Our client, is a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm and on their behalf we are looking to recruit experienced Dispute Resolution lawyers to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic department handling a broad range of high-quality contentious work.
The role will involve managing a varied caseload across general dispute resolution matters, with particular emphasis on areas such as contentious probate and property-related disputes.
Areas of Work May Include:
- Employment disputes
- Contentious probate and Inheritance Act claims
- Contract disputes
- Civil litigation and procedure
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Debt recovery
- Construction disputes
- Housing, landlord and tenant matters
- Property and boundary disputes
The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong technical expertise and the ability to manage your own caseload independently. The role would suit someone who is organised, proactive, and committed to delivering high standards of client service.
You should also be comfortable developing professional relationships and contributing to business development activities.
Key Requirements:
- Solid experience in dispute resolution/litigation
- Strong technical knowledge across one or more relevant areas
- Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently and independently
- High attention to detail and adherence to compliance and risk procedures
- Up-to-date knowledge of legal developments
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
