On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor who wants to achieve Partnership in the not-too-distant future.
We are ideally seeking a lawyer who has strong roots to Cornwall, an individual who understands and can relate to the needs of clients in the local community. You will be fully supported by the expertise of other experienced professionals in this area however, this is a leadership role, you will be required to manage workflow and the delegation of work to others.
There is currently an excessive amount of work coming into the practice, so a following is not necessary.
Your knowledge will include all aspects of Commercial Property transactions. You will have the desire to become an integral part of the local business community. Have the kudos to succeed in a Senior Legal position.
