A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join the New Homes Department of a highly regarded and progressive law firm in Taunton.
Working alongside the Head of Department, you’ll play a key role in site setups for major national developers and social housing providers. The firm acts for clients including Persimmon, BDW, StrongVox, Summerfield, handling large-scale new build developments across the South West and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the setup of new development sites

Liaising with national housebuilders, developers, and internal teams

Managing and supporting junior fee earners and support staff within your unit

Ensuring an efficient, client-focused service at every stage
About You:

Substantial experience in conveyancing, ideally with exposure to new build or development work

Confident managing complex files and coordinating with multiple stakeholders

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-
Strong communication and leadership qualities
