Key Responsibilities:
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a full caseload of residential property matters, including:

Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
-
Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
-
Drafting and reviewing contracts and title documents
-
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
-
Conducting property searches and preparing reports
-
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines
-
Providing clear, professional, and client-focused advice throughout the process
About You:
We are looking for a motivated individual with:

Previous experience handling residential property transactions independently
-
Strong organisational and communication skills
-
The ability to manage a busy caseload while delivering excellent client service

A proactive and positive attitude, with attention to detail
