Our client, one of the South West’s leading and most respected law firms, is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its highly regarded Residential Property team.

The role can be based from any of our client’s Cornwall offices, with hybrid and flexible working available to support an excellent work-life balance.
You will join a busy and well-established Residential Property team acting for a broad range of clients across all aspects of residential conveyancing. The role offers exposure to high-quality work, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, new build transactions and more complex property matters. Depending on your level of experience, you will either manage your own caseload or work alongside experienced colleagues on more complex transactions.

The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters.
- Advising clients on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Handling remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Delivering exceptional levels of client care.
- Contributing to the continued success of the Residential Property team.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Experience in Residential Property.
- Applications are welcomed from candidates at all levels of PQE/experience.
- Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering excellent client service.
