This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer who is confident managing their own caseload from instruction through to completion. There is a clear pathway to Partnership within approximately three years for the right individual.
Applications are also welcomed from more junior candidates who can demonstrate exceptional ability, ambition and a strong desire to develop their career.
The Role:
- Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
- Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and other residential property matters.
- Providing an outstanding level of client care.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers.
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
- Experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload.
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills.
- Organised, proactive and commercially minded.
- Ambitious with a genuine interest in progressing your career.
