They are now seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join their busy Property team in Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity to handle a varied caseload of residential property matters and become part of a respected, client-focused firm.
The Role:
You will manage a broad range of residential property transactions, including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
-
Remortgages and transfers of equity
-
New build and shared ownership matters
-
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure a smooth transaction process
The ideal candidate will:

Have proven experience in handling a busy residential conveyancing caseload independently.

Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner.

Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.

Be highly organised, proactive, and able to work to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
