Our client is a respected and long-established law firm with an excellent reputation across South Devon. Due to continued growth within their Residential Property Department, they are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their Newton Abbot office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated conveyancer to join a supportive and friendly team, handling a varied caseload of residential property matters while benefiting from a positive working environment and genuine career prospects.
The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, dealing with matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Re-mortgages
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- General residential property advice
The firm is keen to appoint someone who can deliver excellent client care whilst maintaining high professional standards.
About You
Applications are welcomed from:
- Solicitors
- Chartered Legal Executives (CILEx)
- Licensed Conveyancers
- Experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners
You should be capable of managing your own caseload with minimal supervision and possess strong communication and client relationship skills.
