An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in the heart of Truro.

The Role

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• Transfers of equity

• Re-mortgages

• New build transactions

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties

• Drafting and reviewing contracts and associated documentation

• Handling enquiries and progressing matters efficiently

• Maintaining high standards of client care throughout

There will also be an element of staff supervision and support, working closely with a collaborative and experienced team.

About You

• Experienced in managing your own residential conveyancing caseload

• Confident handling transactions from start to finish

• Strong communication and client care skills

• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities

• A team player who enjoys working in a supportive, close-knit environment

• Comfortable providing guidance or supervision to junior staff where required
