Presently we have a number of Residential Conveyancer roles for law firms across Devon including Honiton, Paignton, Seaton, Axminster, Torquay and Tiverton.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a range of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients and maintaining excellent service standards
- Working closely with colleagues and local property professionals
- Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
- Contributing to the overall success of the conveyancing team
About You:
- You’ll have relevant experience managing your own residential property caseload
- You may be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or have equivalent experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and a client-first approach
- Familiarity with case management systems is beneficial
