Our client is a progressive firm of Solicitors with several offices throughout Cornwall, they are currently seeking a solicitor, legal executive or fee earner with experience in Residential Conveyancing matters, the role can be based in either Redruth or St Ives.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters to achieve set targets
- Providing a fully comprehensive client service in a cost-effective and efficient manner
- Delivering exceptional quality of service to clients
Skills/Competencies
- Experienced in residential and/or commercial conveyancing
- Excellent organisational skills
- A proactive approach to your work and a willingness and ability to use your own initiative
- Calm and confident manner to handle potentially challenging matters
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
