An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a well established law firm as a full-time Residential Conveyancer based in Newton Abbot. The successful candidate will benefit from a strong infrastructure and support network, enabling them to manage a varied and busy caseload effectively.
The Role:
- Managing a mixed caseload of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, shared ownership, Help to Buy, remortgages and equity transfers
- Handling a caseload of 60+ files with efficiency and attention to detail
- Working both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment
- Liaising with colleagues and seeking guidance where appropriate to further develop knowledge and expertise
The Candidate:
- A qualified and experienced Residential Conveyancer with a proven track record in managing a high-volume caseload
- Self-motivated, organised and driven, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent client service
- Able to work effectively as part of a team while also managing their own workload
- Enthusiastic, ambitious and keen to progress within a modern and forward-thinking firm
