An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing fee-earner to join its growing Property Department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer looking to progress their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role:
The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload and provide a high standard of service to clients throughout the transaction process. The role offers the opportunity to work as part of an experienced and well-respected property team while developing strong professional relationships with clients and industry contacts.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
- Have experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently.
- Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.
- Be organised and capable of managing competing priorities effectively.
- Possess strong commercial awareness and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
- Maintain high standards of compliance, file management, and attention to detail.
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals.
