Due to continued growth, our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking Property Solicitors to join its expanding teams across several offices in Devon. The firm is open to candidates specialising in either residential conveyancing or commercial property, depending on experience and preference.

The Role:
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload appropriate to their level of experience, working as part of a collaborative and experienced property team.
Depending on specialism, responsibilities may include:
Residential Property:
- Handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
- Managing files from instruction through to completion
- Providing clear, practical advice and maintaining a high standard of client care
Commercial Property:
- Advising on commercial property transactions, including sales and purchases, leases, landlord and tenant matters, and development work
- Drafting and negotiating commercial property documentation
- Working closely with clients to deliver commercially focused legal advice
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor (or Legal Executive/fee earner with relevant experience)
- Experience in residential and/or commercial property law
- Strong technical ability with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
