Our client is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience to join their established and client-focused legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a passion for private client work to build on their experience within a supportive and collaborative environment.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be part of a busy private client department, providing high-quality legal advice and support to individuals and families. The role offers exposure to a wide range of private client matters and the chance to work directly with clients on meaningful legal issues.
Key Responsibilities

Advising clients on all aspects of private client law, including wills, estate planning and succession matters.

Drafting, preparing and reviewing Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and related documentation.

Assisting with estate and trust administration, including applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration.

Providing clear and practical legal advice on tax, inheritance planning and related matters.

Handling Court of Protection work and advising on deputyship where required.

Maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication and excellent service standards.

Managing your own caseload efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
What We’re Looking For

Qualified solicitor with 2 – 4 years’ PQE in private client law or related practice areas.

Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, probate and estate administration.

Excellent drafting, advisory and client care skills.

Ability to manage a varied workload and work both independently and as part of a team.

A professional and approachable manner, with a focus on delivering high-quality legal services.
