We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected, long-standing law firm with offices in North and Mid Devon. The firm is flexible on the level of experience and would welcome applications from Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives with relevant experience who can confidently manage their own caseload.
The Role:
You’ll handle a varied caseload of Private Client matters, providing a high standard of service to a loyal and established client base.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting Wills.
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Probate and estate administration.
- Trusts and estate planning.
- Advising clients on inheritance and succession matters.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
- Delivering practical, compassionate advice tailored to clients’ individual needs.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience handling Private Client matters.
- Can manage their own caseload, with support where needed.
- Has excellent communication and client care skills.
- Is approachable, organised and enjoys building lasting relationships with clients.
- Works well independently while also valuing being part of a collaborative team.
- Is looking for a long-term opportunity within a supportive and stable firm.
