Our client is an independent law firm with recognised expertise in specialist market sectors. They have an extensive client base, many of whom are high profile, and they cover a broad range of industry sectors within the UK and internationally.
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a candidate to work within Personal Injury, the role is likely to suit a senior paralegal, a part-qualified CILEX, or a qualified solicitor up to 2/3 years’ PQE.
The litigation department deals with a broad range of civil litigation work and currently comprises six fee earners together with support staff.
For the role you must be able to run MOJ Portal and FastTrack cases with little supervision and assist a partner on larger cases. Having an interest in, or willingness to learn other areas of litigation is desirable.
The role can be full-time or part-time and you must be able to work in the office (Exeter) for the majority of your week, although an element of hybrid working is available once you have passed your probation.
There will also be opportunities to become involved in the firm’s marketing and business development plan and attend networking and social events.
