An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join our client’s well-regarded Personal Injury team. You will handle a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters, providing high-quality legal advice and support to clients who have suffered injury through no fault of their own. The caseload will include a mix of RTA, employer liability, and public liability matters, with opportunities to expand into more complex cases as your experience grows.
The successful candidate will be managing their own files from instruction to conclusion, including litigation where appropriate. You will be working directly with clients, medical experts, and insurers, and will be expected to deliver a compassionate, professional, and proactive service. The role would suit a solicitor with experience in personal injury law who is looking to build a long-term career within a progressive, supportive firm.
You should be confident in handling personal injury matters independently, have strong communication and negotiation skills, and be motivated by achieving the best outcomes for your clients. A solid understanding of the CPR and litigation process is essential.
