This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor looking to build a long-term career within Residential Property whilst benefiting from strong supervision, high-quality work and genuine progression opportunities. The firm has an excellent reputation for developing and promoting its lawyers internally and is known for investing heavily in the long-term growth and success of its people.
The successful candidate will join a supportive and collaborative Residential Property team handling a broad range of matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- General residential conveyancing transactions
The firm places significant emphasis on training, mentoring and professional development and is committed to helping junior lawyers become confident, commercially aware and technically strong practitioners.
