A well-established law firm in Plymouth is seeking a Locum Residential Property Solicitor to provide holiday cover from 11th to 20th May.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced locum to step into a busy and supportive team, handling an existing caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
The Role:
- Managing a caseload of residential property files
- Handling transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages
- Dealing with clients, agents and third parties to ensure smooth progression of matters
- Providing cover for ongoing matters during a period of annual leave
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential
- Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Available for the full duration of the assignment
The Assignment:
- Office-based in Plymouth
- Cover required from 11th to 20th May
- Competitive hourly/day rate
