On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their successful and fast-growing residential property team in Plymouth.
The role will encompass:
- Assisting Solicitors on client matters
- File administration and management
- Archiving
- Preparing correspondence and documents responding to client enquiries
- Typing dictation
- Bill drafting
- Using a variety of software packages
- Answering the telephone and assisting where possible
- Diary management
- Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
Personal Qualities Required:
- Professional manner with a positive “can-do” attitude
- Excellent relationship skills (both for internal and external relationships)
- Good verbal communication skills
- Total commitment to providing highest possible standards of customer client care
- Experience is a Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant is essential, Property experience is desirable
