Our client is an independent and highly respected law firm based in Somerset; they provide legal services throughout the Southwest & beyond. From there three offices in Somerset, they aim to provide a truly local, personal service. They provide legal services to Business’s and Individuals.
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to work from any of their offices in North Somerset. This unique opportunity has arisen as one of the Partners is retiring over the next few years and so there is a need for a bright, talented individual with at least 2 years PQE & exceptional client skills to take over this role.
You will have expertise in all areas of privately funded Family Law and a keen interest in business development, albeit you will be inheriting a substantial caseload from the existing partner. Your experience must encompass all aspects of:
- Divorce/Separation and Dissolution of Civil Partnerships
- Matrimonial Property/Finance
- Children Issues
- Injunctions
- Pre-Marital/Civil Partnership Agreements
- Family Mediation
This is a fantastic opening for an experienced Solicitor or CILEx qualified fee earner.
