We are currently assisting our client to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor and/or Legal Executive. This role will be based from our clients office in Wells.

The Family team provide a range of legal services including Divorce/Dissolving Civil Partnerships, Financial Settlements and private law Child arrangements in divorce and separation, cohabitation, post/pre-nuptial agreements, adoption/surrogacy, and domestic violence.

We are looking for someone with at least 2-5 years PQE with experience of working within a Family Law team. We will need you to demonstrate knowledge and understand the requirements for our Family Law clients and to promote the service in Wells and the surrounding areas.

This is a hybrid working role, based in the Wells office (with a requirement for travel to any Bath or Sherborne as required).
