Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of family law matters, including care proceedings and divorce
- Providing clear, practical, and empathetic legal advice to clients
- Representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings where required
- Maintaining high standards of client care and professionalism
- Contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the department
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor
- Experience in care and/or divorce work
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and ambitious approach to career development
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
