A well-established and growing law firm in Devon is seeking a qualified Fee Earner to join its Court of Protection / Later Life team. The role is primarily based in Honiton, with flexibility around office location and the opportunity for hybrid working following a successful probation period.
Applications are welcomed from candidates at all levels of post-qualification experience, as training and ongoing support can be provided for the right individual.
The successful candidate will advise clients on a range of matters including wills, powers of attorney, deputyships, and Court of Protection applications. The role will also involve supporting in-house deputies with ongoing client management and reporting responsibilities.
