Our client, one of the South West’s leading and most respected law firms, is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its thriving Commercial Property team.

The role can be based from any of our client’s Cornwall offices, with hybrid and flexible working available to support a healthy work-life balance.
You’ll join a highly regarded Commercial Property team that advises a broad range of clients, including businesses, developers, landowners, investors, landlords, tenants and agricultural clients. The team handles a varied caseload spanning acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, development work, secured lending and strategic property matters, providing excellent exposure to high-quality work. The department is recognised by both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 for its expertise and continued growth.

The Role
- Advising clients on a broad range of commercial property matters.
- Managing acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
- Acting on landlord and tenant matters.
- Assisting with development projects and secured lending transactions.
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Commercial Property team.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Experience in Commercial Property.
- Applications are welcomed from candidates at all levels of PQE/experience.
- Strong technical ability and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to client service.
