They are currently seeking a an experienced fully qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to fill a fulltime role in their Commercial Property department.

THE ROLE:

Based in Bridgwater the ideal candidate will have 2 – 4 years plus post qualification experience in a busy fee earning role.

The current Commercial Property practice covers a range of transactions including:

  • Acquisitions of Commercial Property
  • Leases
  • Easements
  • Overage Agreements
  • Acquisitions of Land
  • Transfers
  • Auction Packs
  • Charges and Mortgages
  • First Registrations
  • Licence to Assign and Authorised Guarantee Agreements
  • Options and Conditional Contracts

You will be supported locally or remotely as appropriate.

ABOUT YOU: 

You should have excellent communication and client facing skills alongside solid experience of dealing with both day to day and complex cases. As you would expect client awareness is key to the role as well as delivering a first-class service. The role may require attendance and travel between the Taunton, Bridgwater, and Yeovil office. At the same time, our client is open to and can accommodate a split between office based and remote working. Hours of work are between Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm.
