Our client, a well-regarded law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team based in Teignmouth.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking firm, with an established client base, which continues to see growth.
The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
- Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and renewals
- Development work and site acquisitions
- Property finance and secured lending
- Acting for a range of clients including developers, investors and local businesses
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Commercial property experience (all levels considered)
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Confident in managing your own caseload
- A proactive and client-focused approach
- Interest in business development and building client relationships
