An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and growing law firm based in Taunton.
This role offers the chance to work within a supportive and experienced property team, handling a varied caseload of high-quality commercial property matters. The successful candidate will enjoy exposure to a broad client base, including developers, investors, landlords, and business owners.
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, which will include:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and renewals
- Property development work
- Secured lending and refinancing transactions
- Portfolio management
You will also have the opportunity to build and maintain strong client relationships, while contributing to the continued growth of the department.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in commercial property
- Have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills
- Be commercially aware and proactive in their approach
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
A willingness to engage in networking and business development activities would be advantageous.
