Our client is a Devon based modern law practice with their head office based in Plymouth.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (1-3 Years PQE) to join their busy and established Property team.
The role can be full time or part time with hybrid working available.
Within this position your Commercial Property experience will enable you to be able to run a caseload of Commercial Property matters. You will deal with a broad caseload of sales, purchases, leases, lease management and bank finance work. Some development experience would be helpful but is not essential.
The team is friendly and supportive and this a great opportunity to join an exciting team looking to grow.
For the role you must have:
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Time management skills and able to prioritise effectively
- Attention to detail, confident IT skills and a proactive approach to the role
- Able to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other business sources
- Work well under pressure within stipulated timescales and meet deadlines
