Role Overview
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will work with clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, providing practical and commercially aware legal advice. You will be part of a collaborative property team, contributing to high-quality legal outcomes and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on commercial property transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, and investments.

Draft, review and negotiate commercial property contracts and related documentation.

Provide legal support on property developments, portfolio management and landlord/tenant matters.

Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other stakeholders to progress matters effectively.

Manage your own caseload, ensuring high standards of service and timely delivery.

Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients throughout the life cycle of each matter.
What We’re Looking For

Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial property law.

Strong technical knowledge of property law and commercial property transactions.

Excellent drafting, negotiation and advisory skills.

Client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.

Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently within a supportive team.
