Our client, an established and well-respected regional law firm is seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer to join its growing Commercial Property team.
The firm has a long-standing history and strong reputation for delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services. With multiple offices across attractive market town and city locations, it offers a full range of legal services including Commercial Property, Residential Conveyancing, Employment, Family, Litigation, Private Client and Corporate law. The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters and play a key role in the continued growth of a busy and successful department. This position offers the chance to take over an established client base while also contributing to business development initiatives.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will be confident, self-motivated, and capable of working independently, while also collaborating effectively with colleagues. You will have a solid background in commercial property work and a genuine interest in developing long-term client relationships.
Previous supervisory or people management experience would be advantageous, as the role offers scope to support and develop others within the team.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (ideally 3–10 years PQE, although all levels will be considered)
- Strong experience in commercial property matters
- Commercial awareness and an interest in business development
- Excellent communication, client care, and IT skills
- Ability to manage a varied workload independently
- A proactive and relationship-driven approach
