Our client is seeking a talented Solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE to join its growing Commercial team in Truro. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a respected practice that is recognised for delivering a personal, bespoke service to an established client base.

The Role

Your work is likely to include:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
• Commercial leases and landlord and tenant matters.
• Business sales, acquisitions and restructures.
• Company and shareholder matters.
• Commercial agreements and general business advice.
• Supporting senior lawyers on larger, more complex transactions while managing your own caseload.

Importantly, no residential conveyancing work forms part of this position.

About You

We’re keen to hear from Solicitors who have:

• Between 1 and 4 years’ PQE in Commercial Property, Company Commercial, or a combination of both.
• The ability to manage matters with an appropriate level of supervision.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to business development and networking.
• Good IT skills and confidence using modern legal systems.
• An interest in mentoring and supporting junior colleagues as the team continues to grow.

Working Arrangements

This is a predominantly office-based position in Truro. Consequently, applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance or be planning to relocate to the area.
