Our client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm with offices across Devon, providing a comprehensive range of legal services.
Due to continued growth, the firm’s busy Private Family team is seeking a Newly Qualified to 3 Years PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its Exeter office. Hybrid working available.
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to develop a career within a supportive and experienced Private Family team, handling a varied caseload of privately funded matters.
The successful candidate will advise clients on a broad range of family law issues, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy proceedings
- TOLATA disputes
- Schedule 1 Children Act applications
- Child arrangements disputes
- Urgent injunctions and other related family matters
The Candidate:
The successful applicant will be a Newly Qualified Solicitor, up to 3 years PQE, or a Chartered Legal Executive with experience or a genuine interest in private family law.
They will:
- Be personable, motivated and enthusiastic.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client care.
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team while also being confident managing their own workload independently.
- Be keen to build a long-term career specialising in private family law.
