Our client, one of the Southwest’s leading and most respected law firms, is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its highly regarded Private Client team.

The role can be based from any of our client’s Cornwall offices, with hybrid and flexible working available to support an excellent work-life balance.
You will join a well-established and collaborative Private Client team, advising a loyal client base across a broad range of matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, Trusts, Tax and Court of Protection work. Depending on your level of experience, you will manage your own caseload and/or work alongside experienced colleagues on more complex and high-value matters.

The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters.
- Advising clients on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Providing clear, practical and compassionate advice to clients.
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Delivering exceptional levels of client care.
- Contributing to the continued success and growth of the Private Client team.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Experience in Private Client law.
- Applications are welcomed from candidates at all levels of PQE/experience.
- Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
