Are you an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to join a well-respected firm with a loyal client base, high-quality work and genuine long-term career prospects?
Legal Southwest is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a long-established and highly regarded law firm in Axminster that is seeking to expand its growing Litigation team.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and successful department handling a varied caseload of contentious matters for individuals and businesses across the region.
You will manage your own files and advise clients on a broad range of disputes, including:
- Civil and commercial litigation
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Debt recovery claims
- Contentious probate matters
- Boundary and neighbour disputes
Working closely with colleagues across the firm, you will become an integral part of a collaborative and supportive team that is continuing to grow.
About You
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE and experience handling a broad range of civil litigation matters.
You will be:
- Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Commercially minded and proactive in your approach
- Committed to delivering excellent client service
- An effective communicator with strong organisational skills
- Keen to contribute to the continued success of a growing department
