A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join its successful and growing Dispute Resolution team.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, and individuals actively working towards qualification via SQE or CILEX routes.
Full-time and Part-time considered.

The Role:
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, which may include:
Dispute Resolution
- Contentious Probate
- Commercial and Contractual Disputes
- Professional Negligence Claims
- Property and Boundary Disputes
- Landlord and Tenant Matters
- Agricultural and Land Disputes
- Debt Recovery
- Property Fraud Claims
Family Law Matters
- Divorce and Separation
- Financial Remedy Proceedings
- Cohabitation Disputes
- Private Children Matters
- Specific Issue and Prohibited Steps Applications
- Non-Molestation Orders and Urgent Applications
- Pre-Nuptial and Post-Nuptial Agreements
Commercial Matters
- Partnership Agreements
- Business Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Commercial Disputes
- Debt Recovery
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload with an appropriate level of supervision
- Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, AML procedures and firm policies
- Liaising effectively with colleagues across other departments
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the department
- Maintaining accurate file management and billing records
- Participating in business development, networking and training initiatives
About You:
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, or be actively progressing towards qualification
- Experience handling litigation matters and managing files
- Strong technical and legal knowledge appropriate to experience level
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to work
- The ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
- An interest in developing expertise across a broad range of dispute resolution matters
