Our client is a highly regarded specialist private client practice based in Paignton.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Fee Earner, either a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, who is seeking a genuine long-term career opportunity with partnership potential.
This is not simply another fee-earning role. They are seeking an individual who wants to become an integral part of a successful and respected practice and who is capable of operating at a senior level within the business.
The Role
You will manage a varied private client caseload including:
- Wills
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts
- Estate Planning
- Asset Protection matters
Working closely with the Directors, you will play an important role within the firm and, from time to time, provide supervision and leadership support to the wider team in their absence.
About You

- Qualified Solicitors

- Experienced Private Client Fee Earners
You should have:
- Strong technical knowledge across private client work
- The confidence to work autonomously
- Excellent client care skills
- A collaborative and supportive approach
- Ambition to progress into a senior leadership or partnership position
