Our client is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to support their growing team in Plymouth. This position would suit somebody who enjoys organisation, takes pride in providing excellent support and client service, and wants to build a long-term career within a professional and supportive legal environment.

This is a genuinely varied role where no two days are the same. You will become an important part of the wider team, supporting fee earners and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

Duties are likely to include:

  • Providing administrative support to solicitors and legal teams
  • Managing diaries, appointments and meeting arrangements
  • Preparing correspondence and legal documentation
  • Opening and maintaining client files
  • Handling incoming calls and client enquiries professionally
  • Assisting with document management and file organisation
  • Supporting billing and general office administration
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
